She can't connect cause and effect. She really can't. What she needs is help. Not bars. I read that a huge number of today's inmates are there because the mental health care failed them. I am against the death penalty, do not believe that you get across the lesson that murder is unacceptable by murdering. Here in Switzerland police and judges sometimes do a more than sloppy job at investigating, so my trust in "the system" isn't the greatest.
